 How to Delete Your Account

Step 1: Open Settings

Open the application and navigate to the Settings section. This option is typically available from the main menu or your profile dashboard.

Step 2: Access Profile Details

Within the Settings menu, select Profile Details to view and manage your account information.

Step 3: Initiate Account Deletion

Scroll down and tap on the Delete Account option. To help us improve our services, you may be asked to select or provide a reason for deleting your account.

Step 4: Verification and Final Confirmation

To ensure account security and prevent unauthorized deletion:

A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.

Enter the OTP within the app to verify your identity.

After successful verification, a final confirmation screen will appear.

Tap Confirm or Delete Account to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, the deletion process will begin immediately.

Important Information Before Deleting Your Account

Permanent Action:
Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored under any circumstances.

Data Removal:
All personal information, user-generated content, usage history, preferences, and stored data associated with your account will be permanently erased from our systems, in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable laws.

Subscriptions and Purchases:
Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to any active subscriptions, premium features, or previously purchased content. Refunds, if any, are subject to the terms of the platform (Google Play / App Store).

Processing Time:
In some cases, complete data removal may take a short period to reflect across all systems, backups, and servers.

Legal & Compliance Exceptions:
Certain data may be retained temporarily if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms and policies.
